Delivery Scope
The exact delivery scope is confirmed in the official quotation or purchase agreement. Unless specifically stated, pricing may not include transportation, unloading, civil works, electrical connections, plumbing, lifting equipment or other third-party services required at the project site.
Delivery arrangements, transportation responsibilities and the final delivery location are agreed with the customer before equipment dispatch.
Project Timelines
Manufacturing and delivery schedules begin after order confirmation, technical approval, receipt of the agreed advance payment and completion of all required project information.
Delivery timelines may be affected by custom manufacturing, imported components, transportation conditions, weather, public holidays or customer-requested project changes. Whenever possible, customers will be informed of any significant schedule updates.
Site Preparation
Customers are responsible for ensuring the project site is ready before equipment delivery and installation. This includes completed civil works, suitable utilities, safe site access, secure storage space and any required lifting or handling equipment.
Installation delays caused by incomplete site preparation or unsafe working conditions may require project rescheduling and could result in additional costs.
Delivery & Acceptance
Customers should inspect equipment upon delivery to verify quantities and identify any visible transport damage. Any shortages or damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, together with supporting photographs where applicable.
Installation completion and project handover may be confirmed through inspection reports, commissioning records or other agreed project documentation.
