DELIVERED SCOPE

One project. Four connected workstreams.

The equipment package was selected and coordinated around the site requirement—not applied as a generic template.

01

Water-demand planning

Flock capacity and house conditions used to define practical system demand and zoning.

02

Nipple line layout

Line positions planned to provide clean, dependable access along the full poultry house.

03

Pressure regulation

Regulators and supporting controls configured for stable delivery across long runs.

04

Flushing and maintenance

Access points considered for routine cleaning, inspection and component replacement.

01 THE REQUIREMENT

Start with the real operating challenge.

Long poultry houses required stable water pressure, practical line management and clean bird access across varying demand periods.

02 THE RESPONSE

Engineer the systems as one package.

Our team planned regulators, nipple lines, supporting hardware and water-treatment interfaces around house dimensions and flock requirements.

03 THE OUTCOME

Create a stronger operating foundation.

The completed water network is easier to adjust and maintain, with dependable bird access and local component support.
