Warranty Coverage
Where a product warranty applies, it generally covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions and intended use. Following inspection, we may repair, replace or provide another appropriate solution in accordance with the agreed warranty terms.
Warranty coverage applies only to equipment that has been installed, operated and maintained according to the recommended guidelines provided by Shamsi Poultry Equipments.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not normally cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, inadequate maintenance, electrical faults, unsuitable water quality, chemical exposure, corrosion, overloading or normal wear and tear of consumable parts.
Damage caused by external factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, utility failures or site-related issues, is also excluded unless otherwise stated in writing.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support, please provide your invoice or project reference, equipment details, installation location and a clear description of the issue. Photographs or videos may be requested to assist our technical team during the initial assessment.
If continued operation of the equipment could cause additional damage or create a safety risk, discontinue use until our team has reviewed the reported issue.
After-Sales Support & Spare Parts
Our after-sales team provides technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance and replacement parts subject to product availability. Response times may vary depending on project location, technician scheduling and the nature of the support request.
